What is Hazardous Additional?

The hazardous premium is a financial compensation (in the amount of 30% of the base salary without benefits) given to workers who are exposed to some type of activity that poses a danger or risk to their lives during the exercise of their duties. This worker right is provided for in the Regulatory Standard 16 (NR-16), of the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
